SES-X: A MBSE Methodology Based on SES/MB and X Language

Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is a leading paradigm for the analyses and development of complex systems. However, modeling simulation infrastructure supporting MBSE lacking, which limits application MBSE. To address this problem, paper proposes an SES-X methodology that integrates system (following SES philosophy) with (supported by X language) to support full lifecycle modeling, including analysis, architecture decomposition, physical simulation. In process, performs two levels model pruning verification efficiency. This also conducts case study on car illustrate effectiveness methodology.
